Overall amazing customer service and very useful product for my balcony. My puppy loves it. It also has added a lovely garden-like greenery look to the balcony. Highly recommend.

After a recent move to a smaller house without a grassed outdoor space, the thought to build something similar came to mind. As I searched for the tools I’d need to bring this idea to life, I happened upon puppy potty. Honestly, genius idea. Easy setup, I love the wheel addition, great for rentals, entertaining or just moving from sun to shade, and the turf was easy to source, I got my mine from Love groves in WA. No more icky fake grass and wee smells, just one very happy pup, only disappointed I didn’t think of it first! Thank you!

Great shape for my balcony and sturdily built

Fab addition to have lockable wheels. Easy to move around when cleaning or just to move to a better position. Loved the extra touch of having the screwdriver included along with the holes being lightly drilled into the wood for easier placement. Brilliant!

I had no idea this would have such a positive effect. We’ve been finding little “surprises” around the entire courtyard ever since the pup moved in. I’m astonished at how quickly she figured out what to do, and how consistently she has been using it. Containing clean up to the grass has made life a lot easier!!
Also we only needed one roll of turf from Bunnings to cover the XL, not the 2 recommended for NSW. Maybe they changed sizes?

We bought this as we moved into an apartment and one of my dogs is getting old and less mobile. The two pups love it, as do we!

Product is great, well designed and delivery time was incredibly short.
Installation was super easy, and now we are just trying to get our puppy to go potty in the grass. She is 10 weeks and doesn’t really understand much the dynamics of it, she just plays with the grass. The website has great advise on how to transition the puppy to the potty grass so we will give that a go.

I emailed support and received a very fast response about a shipping question. Cam had such wonderful service and the product arrived even sooner than expected. My mum is so happy with the grass potty for our dog and it's made puppy-sitting so much easier for her. We got the option with wheels and would happily recommend it. This is such a great company, with great service and care put into the product!

Absolutely amazing work that cannot be faulted. It’s very difficult in this day and age to come across true quality in what you purchase but the work that has taken place to build these structures is phenomenal. My dog absolutely loves her new potty, specifically the smell and feel of actual grass. My favourite is waking up in the morning to sit outside with my coffee and smelling the fresh smell of wood from the structure. I know this will last me a lifetime; money well spent.

LOOKS WELL MADE OF QUALITY MATERIAL

This is a game changer for us. We were previously using real grass but with a plastic bottom but this is much more suitable for our needs. Hopefully we can make the grass last longer with the drainage we now have. The potty itself is so well made and we were super impressed with the wheel addition coming with the holes already marked for the screws. The puppy potty also arrived on a public holiday which is even more incredible. I'll be recommending you to everyone. What a fantastic product with lots of little personal touches. Made and deliverered with care.

The lovely wee name plate just makes the puppy potty look extra boujis. We love it!

Easy to set up and the lawn from Bunnings was very cheap. Our dog took to it straight away no issues, doesn't smell like fake grass.
