We brought this for a 4 year old dog living in an apartment with a balcony. We weren’t sure if she’d use but with a few treats to tempt her onto the grass within a few days she was using it.
So easy to order and was delivered within a few days.
It's very well built and Toby has adapted to using it quickly (only took a day or so - my advice would be to start by taking them out first thing in the morning when they are keenest to toilet). My only wish was that we had gone for the large size instead of medium, because he likes to move around when doing No 2, and so he won't use it for that.
Delivered on time, the dogos thought that putting the soil and the grass in was very exciting, let alone their bonus trip to Bunnings for the turf. The little dog used it immediately, so naturally the older dog then had to use it 😂.
Both dogs within one day are using it so I have the “poo bags” on hand to keep it clean. Sure beats going out into the paddock at 3am. I LOVE it, and so incredibly well built, easy to mount on the wheels and loves great too. Thank you, thank you, thank YOU!!!!!!

This product worked perfectly to stop my 4 month old beagle from digging up his grass patch. It was easy to install and he didn’t take too long at all to get used to it. A great product that I would highly recommend to others!
This is a great product. It was east to set up & it looks good on our balcony.
Our little Frenchie loves it. We had been using the fake grass pee pads on the balcony and even though they were cleaned daily they stank. This is perfect.
Fantastic service - excellent product- and more importantly- I set it up and watched 6 different dogs use it immediately! The easy of assembly ( love the screwdriver for the wheels - plus the clear maintenance instructions makes this a must buy. The key is to maintain the grass as they say. Ps Im a dog sitter.
My labradoodle is happy to use it as a bathroom, which is great because being in an apartment he would make me leave the complex in order to go. The potty itself is large and fresh, capturing smell well.
Works like a charm! My pup took a day to figure it out and since using the real grass patch, our yard is not smelly anymore, no need for cleaning products to wash the artificial grass. The wheels also make for easy moving. I'm very impressed, just bummed I didn't find this sooner!

From ordering to delivery, all easy and expedient. The potty is well built, sturdy and the grass fits in perfectly. I would highly recommend getting the option to take the wheels, that is my only regret. Very happy with this potty and so is my puppy

This is a great product made locally in Melbourne, which meant I could easily pick it up before the puppy got here. The service was efficient and very friendly. The product itself was well made, and they even attached the wheels for me. Using it was easy with video instructions. It's so much better when I can refresh the grass at my convenience (for $7!) instead of receiving expensive half-dead grass (we did a grass subscription with my first pup).
