I was very happy with the product. My doggy loves it and it’s been great for my courtyard home. It’s given my doggy somewhere to do his business. Amazing product 😊
It was easy to put the product together, both with the included items and with the lawn mix & pre-cut turfs that I had to buy. It was put together and cared for, for a fortnight before use. It was put into the sunny spot to aid growth and was wheeled about as necessary. It was the best size for the Kelpies and they use it at all times. I did sprinkle some dog biscuits on it firstly to introduce them to it. The AstroTurf was not ideal or pleasant for use on the deck. This is far superior and I highly recommend it.
We live in an apartment with a small balcony and this has saved us hundreds in carpet cleaning. Not to mention she loves lying out on the grass in the sun. Many wins!
Absolutely spectacular, my little dog (Maggie) had no issues adjusting. Looks great, no odours, and affordable. Extremely pleased!

The product itself is fantastic, great quality and care taken. My collie fits perfectly with room to spare and loves laying on his grass. The service was also impeccable, I needed to delay my delivery to fit the move in date at my new home and they were so accommodating and delivery was an ease.
Wow! The delivery was next day, I wasn’t home but the courier rang me to confirm he could leave my parcel at the door. That is exceptional service. The timber framing is beautifully dressed and it was easy to fit the castors. My girl loves rolling in grass and having a chew. There is no grass in my yard behind my unit. So when she spotted her new throne on the patio she immediately climbed on, had a roll and a nibble. Later when it was raining, she very happily did a big wee. We are both VERY happy!

After a recent move to a smaller house without a grassed outdoor space, the thought to build something similar came to mind. As I searched for the tools I’d need to bring this idea to life, I happened upon puppy potty. Honestly, genius idea. Easy setup, I love the wheel addition, great for rentals, entertaining or just moving from sun to shade, and the turf was easy to source, I got my mine from Love groves in WA. No more icky fake grass and wee smells, just one very happy pup, only disappointed I didn’t think of it first! Thank you!
Fab addition to have lockable wheels. Easy to move around when cleaning or just to move to a better position. Loved the extra touch of having the screwdriver included along with the holes being lightly drilled into the wood for easier placement. Brilliant!
I had no idea this would have such a positive effect. We’ve been finding little “surprises” around the entire courtyard ever since the pup moved in. I’m astonished at how quickly she figured out what to do, and how consistently she has been using it. Containing clean up to the grass has made life a lot easier!!
Also we only needed one roll of turf from Bunnings to cover the XL, not the 2 recommended for NSW. Maybe they changed sizes?
We bought this as we moved into an apartment and one of my dogs is getting old and less mobile. The two pups love it, as do we!

Got a custom size to fit my balcony, easy 2 put wheels on, love the thermometer cos i dont know anything about gardening lol. And no smell! Great product, recommend.
Product is great, well designed and delivery time was incredibly short.
Installation was super easy, and now we are just trying to get our puppy to go potty in the grass. She is 10 weeks and doesn’t really understand much the dynamics of it, she just plays with the grass. The website has great advise on how to transition the puppy to the potty grass so we will give that a go.
I emailed support and received a very fast response about a shipping question. Cam had such wonderful service and the product arrived even sooner than expected. My mum is so happy with the grass potty for our dog and it's made puppy-sitting so much easier for her. We got the option with wheels and would happily recommend it.
