We would rather tell you exactly what is covered, and what is not, than promise everything and try sort it out later.
Quality, for life
We back the quality and construction of the potty for as long as you own it. Premium materials, built for daily use and for the weather in any climate. If one arrives faulty, or fails in construction, we make it right.
That is a limited lifetime warranty - the full wording is in our terms.
What it does not cover
Wear and tear. A potty used every day by a dog will age, and that is not a fault.
It also does not cover damage from chewing or digging, misuse, modification, or leaving it somewhere it was never meant to be.
As described
The product you get is the product we advertised, with the features and quality we listed.
Delivery
Delivered within the time frame we quote you. Couriers do occasionally slip - when they do, we chase it on your behalf rather than pointing you at a tracking page.
What we don't guarantee
Most dogs take to it, and quickly. We have sold 30,000+ potties, we average 4.9 from 871 reviews, and we have changed how a lot of people handle in-home dog toileting - you can read what customers say here.
What we cannot speak for is your dog. Training, habits and temperament vary enormously, and those sit with you rather than with us. Some dogs settle in within a day, others take a few weeks, and a small number never quite make the switch.
We would rather be upfront about that than imply a guarantee we cannot give.
We also cannot guarantee how long a piece of turf lasts. Two to three months is the average, not a promise - it depends on light, drainage, climate, how often your dog uses it, and how you look after it.
Returns
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on a used potty. We will never re-sell a returned product, and that is deliberate.
