Absolutely amazing work that cannot be faulted. It’s very difficult in this day and age to come across true quality in what you purchase but the work that has taken place to build these structures is phenomenal. My dog absolutely loves her new potty, specifically the smell and feel of actual grass. My favourite is waking up in the morning to sit outside with my coffee and smelling the fresh smell of wood from the structure. I know this will last me a lifetime; money well spent.

This is a game changer for us. We were previously using real grass but with a plastic bottom but this is much more suitable for our needs. Hopefully we can make the grass last longer with the drainage we now have. The potty itself is so well made and we were super impressed with the wheel addition coming with the holes already marked for the screws. The puppy potty also arrived on a public holiday which is even more incredible. I'll be recommending you to everyone. What a fantastic product with lots of little personal touches. Made and deliverered with care.

Easy to set up and the lawn from Bunnings was very cheap. Our dog took to it straight away no issues, doesn't smell like fake grass.

I ordered the large potty on a Sunday and had the product delivered to NSW by the following Tuesday without even opting for express post. The product came professionally packaged with a screwdriver and feet which easily attached. There is video QR code to show you how it all works with instructions on exactly how much soil is required. This is exactly as advertised and I highly recommend this business. Exceeded my expectations.

New puppy has taken well to Heart puppy. Pulls it into her crate when needed & is used for chewing but also keeping calm when being held or on lounge.

Our three dogs love their potties. We're attracted and used the potties straight away. Have been set up for a week now on the balcony. Have not soiled once anywhere except the potty. No smell either, water it minimal each day. The wheels are a must, particularly with the larger potty to enable relocation if required. Great worthwhile buy!

This product is the best thing since sliced bread! My (10 year old) puppy absolutely loves his grass. It took him a couple of days to get the hang of it but has made my downsizing to an apartment so much easier. Customer support was fantastic.
