This is a great product made locally in Melbourne, which meant I could easily pick it up before the puppy got here. The service was efficient and very friendly. The product itself was well made, and they even attached the wheels for me. Using it was easy with video instructions. It's so much better when I can refresh the grass at my convenience (for $7!) instead of receiving expensive half-dead grass (we did a grass subscription with my first pup).
Saves us going down 4 flights of stairs every time our pooch needs to go out. The medium size potty required X1 -25L potting mix to fill & the grass strip from Bunnings fits perfectly no cutting. Took us 10-15min to set up. Our old pup had the hang of it in no time. Hopeful this will be a good long term option.

I’ve brought my puppy potty for inside use. I’ve placed it near a window in the hope the sunshine will do the grass well.
My dog is 13 years old and it took 3 days until she did her first wee.
I simply took her to the potty and told her to “go toilet” everytime she wanted to go outside. So far no smell either which is a win. I use a little spray bottle to water the grass every few days.
