Our new puppy loves it for toileting.
The Sir Walter Buffalo grass is coping well in part shaded porch. Moisture is also present.

We’re really happy with the Grassifier and would highly recommend it. It was simple to assemble and feels sturdy and well made (very good quality).

We previously used a smaller synthetic grass option, but it tended to develop odors and required constant cleaning. The Grassifier has been a huge improvement — no unpleasant smells and much easier to maintain.

It’s also the perfect size for our cavoodle, who took to it straight away. The grass itself (purchased separately) is still holding up really well. We water it regularly, which seems to help keep it fresh.

Best of all, our puppy hasn’t tried to dig it up — at least not yet! Fingers crossed it stays that way.

I purchased the Real Grass Potty and picked it up from the warehouse — I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience really easy. The product itself is fantastic, and my dog took to it straight away and absolutely loves it. Highly recommend — great product and great service!

There is a bit of effort to set this product up but in my opinion it is well worth it. First time using the Real Grass Puppy Potty it lasted 5 weeks (indoors) and there was no smell, to very minimal smell at the very end of 5 weeks.
The initial effort in installing and then replacing the grass was well worth it given it lasted 5 weeks and emptying the catchment tray is so easy.
Highly recommend - and I am hard to please.

Excellent product, delivery was fast and kept me informed with delivery status. My dogs didn't hesitate using it straight away . I would definitely recommend the grassifier.

New puppylove it

Sturdy and easy to set up. Cannot fault it and the dogs seem to be taking to it immediately. Previously used fake grass toilets and so fingers crossed no more smells. Time will tell

Our Bichon Frieze x Toy Poodle is 5½ years old and we are moving to an apartment where she won't have access to outdoor areas. We have set u[ the Puppy Potty on our balcony and slowly but surely she is beginning to use it so we are very happy at this stage. Hopefully it will be her go to place in our new home!

Easy to put together. The product is well made and sturdy and my 8kg Cockapoo took to it on day 1. The grass is still going strong after a month although suffered a dead patch which I realise would have lasted had I purchased the dog rocks… I’m told these really help keep the lawn lasting longer. Following the instructions, the grass is lush and looks great and best of all, no smell, aside from the unpleasant job of emptying the tray in the drain twice a week and hose. Simple. Team are super helpful with questions too. Highly recommend.

We had the original Real Grass Puppy Potty and have just updraded to the Grassifier. The Grassifier arrived within 2 days of ordering and is definitely an improvement on the original. The drainage drawer and casters are fantastic - we are already seeing better quality grass growth which our two French Bulldogs living in an apartment really appreciate. Would highly recommend for anyone living in an apartment with dog(s). Thank you so much .

A very quick delivery and a very neat unit. My girl Bonnie is still getting used to it.

This has worked a treat with my new puppy Charlie. He took to it within 24 hours. I was initially worried he may not like the height but that wasn’t an issue. I have been ‘mowing’ it (with grass clippers) to keep it low and that makes it easier to clean after he has done his business. We have only had it for a week so fingers crossed the grass lasts for a while and all indications look good!
