Very good customer service, quick service, high quality product

We brought this for a 4 year old dog living in an apartment with a balcony. We weren’t sure if she’d use but with a few treats to tempt her onto the grass within a few days she was using it.
So easy to order and was delivered within a few days.

Great product for our balcony

It's very well built and Toby has adapted to using it quickly (only took a day or so - my advice would be to start by taking them out first thing in the morning when they are keenest to toilet). My only wish was that we had gone for the large size instead of medium, because he likes to move around when doing No 2, and so he won't use it for that.

All set up and dogs use mainly mornings when we haven’t taken them out side yet
It is on the balcony with sun and rain access
Requires the occasional watering and cutting

Delivered on time, the dogos thought that putting the soil and the grass in was very exciting, let alone their bonus trip to Bunnings for the turf. The little dog used it immediately, so naturally the older dog then had to use it 😂.
Both dogs within one day are using it so I have the “poo bags” on hand to keep it clean. Sure beats going out into the paddock at 3am. I LOVE it, and so incredibly well built, easy to mount on the wheels and loves great too. Thank you, thank you, thank YOU!!!!!!

After trying many various apartment toilet solution options in the past and a lot of trial and error, this is BY FAR the best solution!! Looks great on my apartment balcony, my dog
used it instantly after set up, and will save me a lot of money compared to the subscription based versions.

Purchased the grass from Bunnings (NSW) and it fits the large size perfectly - just a little long for the box but super easy to cut the overhang off and dispose.

This is my second purchase as I moved homes recently and wanted a slightly larger size /didn’t want the mess of moving. It arrived so promptly which was perfect as I needed a set up asap, and their service is 10/10. SUPER durable also as I had my previous one for 3 years and it was still in great condition.

LOVE that it is Australian made and sourced and I could not recommend this enough.

This product worked perfectly to stop my 4 month old beagle from digging up his grass patch. It was easy to install and he didn’t take too long at all to get used to it. A great product that I would highly recommend to others!

This is a great product. It was east to set up & it looks good on our balcony.

Our little Frenchie loves it. We had been using the fake grass pee pads on the balcony and even though they were cleaned daily they stank. This is perfect.

Fantastic service - excellent product- and more importantly- I set it up and watched 6 different dogs use it immediately! The easy of assembly ( love the screwdriver for the wheels - plus the clear maintenance instructions makes this a must buy. The key is to maintain the grass as they say. Ps Im a dog sitter.

My labradoodle is happy to use it as a bathroom, which is great because being in an apartment he would make me leave the complex in order to go. The potty itself is large and fresh, capturing smell well.
