I was worried Skye would not use this. But after a few days she started using it. So easy to take care of it too.
I held of buying anything like this for the prize point.....and stuck with the fake grasses. But it is so worth it i wish i changed over to the Real Grass Potty sooner. My puppy has no accidents inside anymore now he has his little grass patch on the balcony.
No trouble setting up the toilet, although the turf we bought from Flower Power was almost double the size needed (Bunnings had sold out). The pugs started using it straight away with no hesitation: they seemed to know what it was for. It's a bit hard emptying the tray as we are watering the grass a lot to get it growing well, but we are very happy with it.
Hi Catherine, thank you so much for your lovely review - so pleased the pugs have started using it straight away! A helpful tip with the tray; always empty it before it reaches the max fill line, and having a small bucket next to the potty makes it easy to empty into rather than trying to carry the tray any long distances :-) Also be careful not to water too much, we know it is tempting but over-watering can cause the opposite effect. The grassier has been very useful. Have had our 9 week old puppy 1 week and he is happy to go out on our deck and wee on the grassifier. It has been a lifesaver as we don’t have to carry him up and down the stairs frequently to access our back yard.
This product has made my new move into an apartment so much easier for me and my dog, Winnie!
The overflow tray collects all the excess/drained liquid, the patch of grass is easy to source and much more affordable than other brands that were offering a fortnightly delivery service. By maintaining the grass - watering it regularly, keeping it out of direct sunlight, my first patch thrived and lasted approximately 10 weeks!
It doesn't smell, clean to clean and change and we couldn't be more happy to have this for Winnie to use for her midnight toilet breaks!
I purchased the Grassifier for my two dogs as we live in an apartment and I wanted a real grass option for the balcony.
Both of my dogs were interested in it straight away. Overall, I’m really happy with it and think it’s a great idea for anyone living in an apartment with dogs.
What a great solution when moving from a backyard to a balcony! It took a few days for my little pack to get used to the idea but they are now using the Real Grass Puppy Potty. The product arrived quickly as promised and set-up was easy. The only limitation was finding the square metre piece of turf at any of our 3 local Bunnings stores. They only get it delivered once a week and it sells out quickly.
Such a wonderful & perfect solution to weekly turf changeovers !!! Grass is now lasting longer... growing well and without any odours. Convenience at its best

Honestly, I have no regrets about buying the Real Grass Potty Potty! I’d recommend it to anyone living in an apartment. It’s the perfect size, does the job, and the tray underneath makes watering easy. It’s low maintenance, too. We even added a PVC pipe because our little boy prefers to pee against something, haha!
My old dog took started using it within 24 hours.
Well built but dogs dislike it.
Have tried it with four dogs and none will use it. Will keep trying but at least the cat can lie on it

I’m so happy with the Real Grass Potty. I was a bit on the fence about purchasing it but now I’m so glad I did. Buckley loves it and my balcony stays clean and no nasty odours. So easy to assemble. Highly recommend!
The Grassifier is perfect! My 5 month old Cavoodle puppy took to it straight away and even my cats love it. I think I'll have to buy another one so everyone can have one!

I've never felt such joy seeing my dog Hugo do a poo. Is he clever? Is the Grassifier the best invention ever? I say both are true. Hugo took to his little grass patch on the balcony of our unit like he was born to it. This is an absolute game changer. We’ve even made a little Hugo garden area around it. For bonus laughs I crack myself up telling my husband I'm out to mow the lawn, scissors in hand. Apparently this is only funny once.
We have been loving the grassifier for our 4 year old Dalmatian. We just moved into an apartment. This has been a lifesaver. Dog gets her two walks a day, and doesn't need constant wee wee trips outside.
Do recommend using the drip tray and emptying once a day. The mess was too much without it, even having it placed over two drains.
Hoping the grass lasts us a while. It's been a week and looking ok so far. I wonder if I'll be able to give another review with an update in a couple months time!
I'm definitely very happy. Would prefer to clean a drip tray everyday than take her out 8+ times a day to sniff and wee.
Really happy .. came quick and was so easy to set up.. my 2 cavoodles love it.. so cost effective compared to getting fortnighly deliveries.. highly recommend!!
